At Boldogidoz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return under the conditions below.
This return policy applies to orders delivered to Germany and the United States (USA).
30-day return policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
The item must be returned unused, unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Labels and accessories must be complete.
Restocking fee: €0 / US$0. We do not charge a restocking fee – neither for orders from Germany nor from the USA.
Return requirements
- Return period: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: unused, unworn and in original condition.
- Packaging: original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof: order number or proof of purchase required.
- You must contact our customer service before returning an item.
Return shipping costs
Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping costs.
Change of mind or incorrect order: the customer pays the return shipping costs.
How to request a return
Step 1: Contact us at info@boldogidoz.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Wait for our return approval and the corresponding return instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and send it back according to the instructions you received.
Do not send a return to our business address without prior approval. Our business address is not automatically our return address.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos or other suitable evidence.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns. These may include personalized products, opened hygiene items, underwear, perishable goods and gift cards, where permitted by law.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or product, please contact our customer service. We will inform you of the available options.
Refund process
Once received, the return will be inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are usually processed within up to 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
