Orders received after this time are usually processed on the next business day.

Germany:
Transit time: 3–7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 business days.
United States (USA):
Transit time: 3–7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping carriers
Depending on the delivery location and availability, we ship orders with reliable carriers such as DHL, DPD or Hermes. For deliveries to the USA, we work with international carriers and their local delivery partners.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping to Germany: €0. Available for all orders within Germany. There is no minimum order value.
Free standard shipping to the USA: US$0. Available for all orders delivered to the USA. There is no minimum order value.
Prices and shipping costs are shown in the currency of each market: EUR for Germany, USD for the USA.
Order and address information
The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, if possible. Changes may no longer be possible once the order has shipped.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, if tracking is available.

Delayed deliveries
In some cases, unforeseeable events such as high shipping volumes, weather conditions, public holidays or carrier issues may cause delays.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service.
Lost, damaged or misdelivered shipments
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged or was delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
We will review the case together with the carrier and inform you of the available solutions. Photos of the packaging, the item or other evidence may be required.
